Fish meatballs (2)
Instructions
De-boned and clean the anchovies, mash in order to obtain a smooth dough, dilute with a tablespoon of vinegar.
Add the egg yolks, chopped spring onions, a pinch of salt, mix with the mayonnaise and formed the meatballs.
Arrange on a plate and serve with slices of lemon.

- 400 g of anchovies
- 3 egg yolks hard
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 cipollina
- Mayonnaise
- Some of slices lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
