Sweet patties
Instructions
Mix the ricotta with eggs, liqueur, flour and sugar.
Mix well and form into meatballs.
Dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs and FRY in hot oil until they are golden brown.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and the grated lemon zest before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur
- Breadcrumbs
- Icing sugar
- 1 lemon (fine zest)
- Olive oil
