3 meat meatloaf
Instructions
Mince meat and ham, combine the eggs and salt.
Mix well and do a kind of sausage mixture, wrap it in a towel wet, tight, and tie it with care.
Put it in a suitable pot with boiling salted water and vinegar.
Bake 1 hour and allow to cool.
Cut into slices and cover with mayonnaise.

- 350 g of veal breast
- 150 g of ham
- 200 g of pork loin
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 glass of white wine vinegar
