Meatloaf tuna and boiled egg
Instructions
Blend tuna with cheese, bread, an egg and a little white vinegar; Add a little chopped parsley.
On a rectangular aluminium sheet distributed the mixture, on one side you have the tone up and shelled eggs, roll the meatloaf with the aluminum foil that eliminate.
Wrap the roll in a towel, tie the ends and cook in boiling salted water for about twenty minutes.
Drain the meat loaf when it is cold, cut it into slices and serve with a side of Zucchini sautéed with garlic.

- 5 eggs
- 400 g of tuna in olive oil
- 80 g of grated cheese
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- Little of white wine vinegar
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
