Spinach stuffed meatloaf
Instructions
Mix the powder with 60 g of Parmesan cheese, eggs, bread soaked in milk and then wrung out, salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture on aluminum foil.
Boil, squeeze and chop spinach, mix them with the rest of the parmesan and formed with the mixture a kind of sausage.
Put the spinach in the center of the meat and, using the paper, close the meat to make a meatloaf with spinach filling inside.
Flour the meatloaf, deponetelo on a baking sheet and fry it in oil and butter together with Rosemary and not peeled garlic cloves.
Sprinkle with the wine and let evaporate.
Squirt then with the broth and bake for 45 minutes at 230 degrees.

- 800 g of minced beef
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 60 g of bread
- 1/2 glass of full cream milk
- 450 g of frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 ladle of meat broth
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of flour
