Eastern meatloaf
Instructions
Mix the minced meat with an egg, pine nuts, garlic and chopped Mint, salt and pepper.
Moisten your hands and give it to the shape of the meatloaf.
In a pan saute the meatloaf in the butter.
Mix the yoghurt with the egg, salt and pepper and pour this sauce over meatloaf.
Join other chopped Mint and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve the sliced meatloaf and sprayed with cooking.

- 600 g of minced lamb meat
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 350 g of white yoghurt
- 30 g of butter
- Mint
- Salt
- Pepper
