Instructions

Cook the farro in salted water for 30 minutes and drain.

In a pan you make toast the bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons oil, until golden results.

Finely chop the parsley with garlic.

Soak bread in milk and squeeze.

Put it in a bowl with the minced meat, sausage skins and private crumbled, the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and garlic, eggs, cheeses and spelt.
