Instructions
Mix the ground beef with chopped cooked ham.
Merge the slices of bread soaked in milk, grated lemon zest, eggs, 2 handfuls of grated Parmesan cheese and salt.
Place the mixture into a mold from plum-cake covered with oiled aluminum, cover and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
