Pommier julep
Instructions
Put mint leaves in a glass ' old fashioned ' (tumbler) and mash with a pestle.
Delete then ragged leaves and add to the essence made sugar syrup, chopped ice and Apple brandy.
Stir, then garnish with the Mint bud.
Keep the glass in the freezer for 20 minutes, before serving.

- 6 leaves of mint
- 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup
- 2 tablespoons of ice
- 5 tablespoons of apple brandy
- 1 bud mint
