Tomatoes au gratin
Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut them in half and let them drip with the cut side down.
Stir into a dish a part of oil with the breadcrumbs, olives pitted and cut into small pieces, capers, anchovies, finely chopped water, pepper, parsley and basil.
Cover with the tomato mixture and arrange in a greased baking oil where you put everyone a little olive oil.
Cook in hot oven until the bread has become blond.

- 1500 g of round ripe tomatoes
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 200 g of olive oil
- 100 g of black olives
- 50 g of capers
- Parsley
- Oregano
- 6 salted anchovies
- Salt
- Pepper
