Tomatoes with anchovies
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in two svuotateli with a spoon, being careful not to break them.
Blend in the mixer the anchovies, tuna, tomato pulp, basil, capers and breadcrumbs soaked and well squeezed.
Stuffed Tomatoes with the mixture emptied and decorated with a few basil leaves and a little mayonnaise.

- 4 ripe salad tomatoes
- 1 box of anchovies in olive oil
- 1 box of tuna in brine
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Some leaves of basil
- 1 slice of stale bread (stale)
- Mayonnaise
