Eating white (Almond cream)
Instructions
Peel the almonds and let them dry well, chopping, and put on a white canvas, sdillacciunu in water.
When almond is now dry, having lost all its essence, prepares the cream according to the usual, adding the lemon peel and cinnamon cannolo.
The cream is ready pour it in the typical Sicilian forms, first moisten.
Once curdled, white forms eat you serve on plates of lemon leaves.

- 200 g of peeled almonds
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 cl of water
- 90 g of sweet corn
- 1 fresh lemon zest
- Cinnamon
