Instructions
Cut tomatoes the top cover, remove seeds and pulp, a little salt and place them to lose water.
Reduce cream sardines after spurts of lemon, then add the chopped peppers, capers and chopped parsley.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture of sardines, garnish with mayonnaise and refrigerate for 1 hour.

- 4 salad tomatoes of the same magnitude
- 4 sardines in olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper in sour-sweet
- Mayonnaise
