Stuffed tomatoes (3)
Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the seeds and pulp.
Prepare dough by mixing the tuna, capers, mayonnaise, olive oil, a little salt and pepper.
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture, cover them with other mayonnaise and keep in the refrigerator until serving.

- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g of tuna in olive oil
- 50 g of capers
- Mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon
- Olive oil
- Little of pepper
- Little of salt
