Stuffed tomatoes with tuna
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes in half horizontally, remove seeds and water content.
In a bowl mix the crumbled tuna, anchovy fillets first washed and beaten to a pulp, onion and finely chopped parsley, adding gradually to bind oil and obtain a soft enough.
In this compound, finally, stir a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, and use it to stuff the tomatoes.
