Stratified tomatoes
Instructions
Cut tomatoes, mozzarella sliced eggs and possibly the same thickness.
On a serving platter put 12-16 slices of tomato, cover with a slice of mozzarella and egg, and then retry the operation.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste and the lemon juice.
Distribute the basil leaves on the plate.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Some leaves of basil
