Instructions

Peel the grapefruit and live cut into slices 2 cm high.

Melt 100 g of sugar in a glass of water, stirring often and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

In the same Pan put the grapefruit slices and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Put the grapefruit slices in a baking dish, sprinkle with the Whiskey and spolverizzarle with sugar.

Go under the grill of the oven until the sugar is caramelized and serve.
