Grapefruits to rudy
Instructions
Wash well the grapefruit, cut them in half and take away the pulp with the special tool or with a spoon, being careful not to break the skins.
Cut the flesh into small pieces, seed, core dress with the Whiskey and sugar and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with remaining grapefruit entirely sugar, moisten with remaining whiskey and keep them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
When serving, spread the pulp in grapefruit, cover with the ' grapefruit Sorbet ' (which you have bought already prepared, or prepared at home by following the recipe, but with doses equivalent to about two-thirds) and decorated with candied cherries.

- 2 grapefruits
- 1/2 cup of whisky
- 50 g of sugar
- 400 g of grapefruit sorbet (see recipe)
- 150 g of candied cherries
