Grapefruit mareblu
Instructions
Halved grapefruit and, with the appropriate Pocket knife (possibly), remove the cloves to alive and put them into small pieces in a bowl.
Empty completely the skins so you get 4 containers clean.
Grapefruit combined with chopped tuna seasoned with mayonnaise, mustard, brandy, salt and pepper, stir gently; fill with grapefruit mixture and serve garnished with a black olive.

- 240 g of tuna
- Black olives
- 2 grapefruits
- 4 teaspoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
