Stuffed grapefruits
Instructions
Cut the CAP to the grapefruit and empty them with a spoon, remove the skin with cloves and chop the pulp.
Peel the celery, washed and cut into small cubes.
Cut into julienne carrots.
Add the vegetables to the pulp of grapefruit with kiwi peeled and diced.
Mix well and let rest.
Mix mayonnaise according to their own taste to yoghurt and add salt.
Stir the sauce to vegetables and fruit and fill empty grapefruit.
Serve fresh.

- 4 grapefruits
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery
- 2 kiwi
- 50 g of yoghurt
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
