Grapefruit at the abricotine
Instructions
Put to macerate the grape passolina in a glass of Abricotine Garnier.
Cut into two, transversally grapefruit, empty without damaging the bark.
Remove the white part of the cortex and put the pieces of flesh in a bowl.
Add litchis, bananas, peeled and sliced, pitted apricots and cut into pieces passolina grapes macerated in alcohol.
Pour this mixture, mixed properly, in Peel of grapefruit.
Watering with a sauce, which prepare to part, mixing the juice of litchis and the glass of Abricotine.
This mixture can be served both at the time of the aperitif as first entry, or as the end of the meal, before the digestive cocktail.

- 3 grapefruits
- 1 box of litchis in syrup
- 3 bananas
- 50 g of sultanas
- 6 apricots
- 2 cups of abricotine garnier
