Caramelized grapefruit
Instructions
Peel the grapefruit and remove the skin and cut them into slices.
Melt in a pan with a little sugar water.
When the liquid candy, quickly round slices of grapefruit and sprinkle with liqueur.
Arrange the fruit in individual dishes and accompany with whipped cream or ice cream.
