Caramel popcorn
Instructions
Prepare popcorn as indicated in the recipe is sweetened popcorn and suddivideteli in four individual dishes.
Place sugar in a non-tinned copper calderotto, unite 3-4 tablespoons of water and lemon juice and let heat to gentle fire stirring with a wooden spoon until sugar is completely dissolved and will have taken a golden color (140 degrees).
Add two tablespoons of cold water, remove the calderotto from heat and spread the caramel on the popcorn, in saucers.
Let cool and serve.
