White coffee drink
Instructions
Pour into a pan 150 g of coffee beans and 1 l of cold water.
Go to the fire and bring to a boil to soft flame.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 100 g.
of sugar.
Lasciarraffreddare stirring occasionally.
Filter and pour the drink into a glass jug with 2 drams of brandy and 2 small glasses of brandy.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

- 2 cups of brandy
- 2 cups of aquavit
