Leeks in oil
Instructions
Clean the leeks, leaving only the white part.
Boil them in lightly salted water.
Drain and arrange in a serving dish.
Prepare a sauce emulsifying oil, salt and freshly ground pepper, pour over leeks and serve them.

- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
