Instructions

Cut carrots into sticks, boil for 8 minutes in salted water and drain.

Boil the leeks for 5 minutes, drain them and divide them in half lengthwise.

Grease a baking dish with 5 g of butter, arrange the vegetables in alternating layers ending with leeks.

Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and Parmesan.

Sprinkle with butter flakes and go in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
