Vegetable potage
Instructions
Wash and clean 150 g 150 g carrots and Zucchini, cut them into small pieces and pass them to the machine.
Thinly slice 1 onion.
Deprive of seeds and peel a ripe tomato.
Bring to a boil 100 cl of beef broth and pour in the onion and carrots, let simmer for 10 minutes and throw in the zucchini.
After 5 minutes turn off, add salt and pour into holsters.
Pour a bit of diced tomato and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
