Grilled ham
Instructions
In an ovenproof dish, edges pour the lemon juice, orange juice, white wine, mustard and tabasco.
Soon after, dip the slices of ham, leaving them soaking for at least 30 minutes and prepare a grid that butter and ungerete make the Smith heats.
Arrange the slices on the grill and cook for a few minutes until it will form on the surface of both sides the usual rows blackened.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of ham (slices of 1 cm thick)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 orange (juice)
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Tabasco
- Butter
