Suckling pig glazed ham
Instructions
Cut away the skin from the ham, remove the fat and possibly deboned.
Let it cook in the oven with a little liquid for about 45 minutes, grease with ' honey ' wine and set the oven to the maximum, making color take the ham for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
