Swiss chard with anchovies
Instructions
Cut the white part of the ribs well peel apart about five inches.
Boil in salted water.
In a pan heat the oil, add the chopped garlic and the anchovies water and de-boned.
Wait to melt completely, then add the drained and flavour in focus.
Add salt, pepper, sprinkled with a little oil spilled.
Mix well and cook on moderate heat for 10 minutes.
Withdrawn, sprinkle grated cheese and serve immediately.
The leaves can be used for a minestrone or boil.
