Provolone cheese
Instructions
Remove the peel from slices of provolone, put them in flour, then in beaten egg and salted, then in bread crumbs mixed with two or three pinches of paprika sweet.
Fry the slices in hot oil, drain on paper towels, even with a pizzichino flavour of paprika and serve warm

- 8 slices of sweet provolone cheese
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
