Lemon plum
Instructions
Put the plums in a bowl, cover with water and let soak until you will be inflated.
Drain, place in a saucepan, add the white wine, sugar, lemon zest and cook on a low flame and covered container for about 20 minutes.
Arrange plums in a bowl and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of giant prunes
- 1 glass dry white wine
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
