Instructions
In a saucepan, stir in half of the milk with sugar, coconut pulp and cinnamon and bring to a boil, stirring thoroughly.
In a separate pan melt the remaining milk with cornstarch and then pour the milk and coconut pulp of previously prepared.
Transfer the mixture to the fire and keep on stirring until it begins to stiffen, (10 minutes).
Download the ' palito ' of cinnamon, transferred the pudding in individual cups that you leave cool and refrigerate before serving.

- 4 cups of milk
- 1 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of grated coconut flesh
- 3/4 cup of maizena
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
