Instructions

Melt on the stove in a saucepan 250 g sugar in a quart of water To boil and, when the syrup begins to surface wrinkling, remove from heat.

Add 50 cl of rum-good brand, and add the zest of a lemon or an orange, cut into slices.

Do take the boil for a few seconds.

Serve very hot in large glasses.
