This punch is served piping hot and steaming.
In a small saucepan mix the egg yolk with sugar and honey, carefully fold the curacao and red wine and, always banging with a whisk, bring almost to the boil completely.
Place the slice of lemon in a heat-resistant glass and heated with boiling water, pour the punch and serve immediately.
