Pins white wine sauce pork
Instructions
In a pan heat two tablespoons, wide of oil and a large knob of butter with the four Sage leaves.
When the leaves are slightly browned place the needles in the vessel and let them fry over high heat for a few minutes turning continually.
Then reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and continue cooking for 40 minutes by spraying every now and then the ribs with wine, pouring it all at once because the meat has to be soft, but dry.
Passed on warm serving dish.
