Mashed pears with pecorino romano
Instructions
Peel the pears and pass them in, then divide the Mashers orange juice from the pulp.
Place in a pan and to restrict the compound without adding sugar.
Serve warm garnished the dish with slices of fresh PEAR, mint leaves and chunks of pecorino cheese.

- 1000 g of ripe pears
- 200 g of pecorino romano cheese
- Some leaves of mint
