Mashed carrots (3)
Instructions
Bring to the boil a saucepan of water.
Peel the carrots, wash, thickly.
Emerge them in boiling water and let them cook for twenty minutes, until they are very tender.
Meanwhile prepare the decoration: toothed washers of carrots with a sharp knife.
Drain the carrots with a bit of their cooking liquid.
Blend, adding a little of the liquid.
Pour the carrot puree in a saucepan, add the sugar and the butter banging with a spoon or a whisk.
Stir the cream and warm mashed sweet heat seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour the carrot puree in a bowl of warm service, decorated with the flowers of carrot and bay leaf, and serve immediately.

- 1000 g of carrots
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 10 cl of cream
- 20 g of butter
- Grated nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
- For decoration:
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Some washers of carrots
