Onion Puree (Purè di Cipolle)
Instructions
Blanch for 2 minutes the onions peeled and sliced.
Make them wither in butter, then add the milk and cook for 30 minutes.
Navigate to the Blender along with the boiled potatoes, combine the bechamel and a knob of butter.
Mix everything on low flame.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of onions
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 boiled potato
- 150 g of bechamel
- 1 walnut butter
