Mashed potatoes
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into large pieces all alike, Cook in salted water, setacciatele and pass through, then mix it with milk and butter, add salt, season and place them at the table.
Hopefully you can garnish the mashed with fried onions.

- 900 g of powdery and peeled potatoes
- 90 g of butter
- Salt
- 30 cl of milk
