Instructions

Mix everything except eggs and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring constantly so that the dough does not form of lumps.

Allow to cool and add the 6 egg yolks.

Mount the 4 egg whites until foamy and incorporate those.

Let rest no more than 2 hours then gets spoon FRY or bake in the oven.

Fries are like pancakes very soft; baked instead are the usual fill cream puffs.

The dough should be neither too thick nor too runny.

If it were too dense add an whites.
