Lemon squares
Instructions
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
1 make dough with flour, butter, 100 g of sugar, the baking powder and zest of lemon.
Put in 1 baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, the vial of vanilla, lemon juice; pour the cream on already cooked pasta and bake for 15 minutes.
Cut the cake into squares, dust with icing sugar.
