Baked quail with radicchio
Instructions
Clean and gut the quails, tick the thighs, salt, pepper and spice with chopped Sage.
Place them in a roasting pan and brown them.
Cook in a 180 degrees for 16 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the radicchio and cut coarsely, scald it in a pan with a little oil, salt and pepper; about halfway through the cooking wet quails with wine.
