Quail with thyme
Instructions
Clean the quails, fiammeggiatele and remove its entrails.
Work the butter with a little salt, thyme and pepper.
Quails filled with this mixture and wrap yourself around the slices of bacon.

- 6 quails
- 6 thin slices of bacon
- 50 g of butter
- 1 bunch of fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup of vermouth
- 6 small sausages
- 6 slices of millet bread toasted in the oven
- Salt
- Coarse ground pepper
