Quails strung
Instructions
Prepare on a stick kitchen along the skewers, starting with the piece of veal, a quail wrapped in slices of ham, with inland salt and Sage, another piece of veal another quail wrapped in slices of ham.
Place over heat a casserole whose quails do not occupy more than 2/3 capacity, take it to the right degree of heat.
Insert the skewers by Brown on all sides, sprinkle white wine, let it evaporate, lower the heat and finish cooking for 30 minutes turning occasionally.

- 8 quails
- 8 slices of cut thin ham
- 8 pieces of veal cut into cubes
- Sage
- Rosemary
- White wine
- Salt
- Pepper
