Instructions
Cut leeks into rings and the julienned onions and wish for 10 minutes in the butter, sprinkle them with 2 tablespoons of flour and add the hot milk.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Remove from heat and pour the grits into the compound.
Roll out the dough into a mold lined with baking paper, puncture with the prongs of a fork and pour the mixture.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 35 minutes.

- 2 leeks
- 40 g of butter
