Instructions
Clean and slice the onion and let it dry in a pan with a little oil.
When you add the bacon Golden.
Flatten the pastry with a rolling pin and a lined Pan (pie) greased and floured.
In a bowl beat the eggs, parmesan, salt, pepper and milk.
Place at the bottom of the mold the onion and bacon to add the Gruyere cheese; pour the milk and egg mixture into the cake tin and bake in the oven at 180/200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Baked and let it sit before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of puff pastry
- 80 g of sliced bacon
- 4 eggs
- 40 cl of milk
- == 1 large onion
- 100 g of diced gruyere cheese (or cheese cubed fontina)
- 50 g of grated cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
