Curry radicchio
Instructions
Cut into thin strips the radicchio, wash it thoroughly and centrifuge until perfectly dry.
Pour the oil into the liquidiser, chili powder, 1 pinch of salt, the juice of lemon, some capers and anchovy, 1 style of curry.
Blend for 2 minutes and pour this sauce on radicchio only shortly before bringing it to the table.

- 3 heads of radicchio rosso
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 lemon
- Some of anchovies
- Some of capers
- Pin 1 of curry powder
