Radicchio in pancetta
Instructions
Divide the radicchio into two heads, wash them well and then toss them into a pot where you paid very little water and put a pinch of salt.
Drain, gently squeeze the vegetables and cut it into lasagna.
In a pan put a few tablespoons of olive oil and the garlic cloves peeled, doprare them and remove them; Add the pancetta, cut into strips and radicchio; try to mix lightly; Add salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes, yet passed on the serving dish and serve immediately.
