Radicchio with prawns and mayonnaise
Instructions
Reduce to fine threads more tender leaves of a head of radicchio and incorporate them to mayonnaise.
Season with a little paprika.
Drizzle with the sauce the shrimp, cover and refrigerate.
Line 4 cups with some leaves of radicchio and fill them with the shrimp salad.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.

- 2 heads of radicchio di treviso
- 400 g of boiled shrimp shelled and
- 2 cups of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
